Exclusions & Conditions

1. The 20% discount applies only to the standard spa menu services listed above.
2. Promotional packages, special offers, discounted treatments, spa packages, bundled services, and other already-discounted rates are excluded from this promotion.
3. The 20% discount cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, package rate, voucher, or special offer, unless specifically stated otherwise by the spa.
4. The discount applies to the eligible spa treatment/service price only and does not apply to any excluded service, additional charge, or separately priced item.
5. The promotion is subject to spa availability and appointment availability.
6. The promotion is valid only during the stated promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings made or services received outside the promotion period.

Spa Booking Policy – Non-Refundable

1. All spa bookings are strictly non-refundable once confirmed and paid.
2. If a guest is unable to attend the confirmed appointment, the amount paid will not be refunded in cash or returned to the original payment method.
3. Instead, the full amount paid may be converted into a spa voucher of equal value, subject to the spa’s approval and availability.
4. The voucher may be used for another spa service at a later date, subject to appointment availability and the spa’s operating conditions.
5. Guests may request to change the service originally booked. Any change is subject to availability and confirmation by the spa.
6. If the newly selected service has a higher value than the original booking/voucher, the guest must pay the difference in price.
7. If the newly selected service has a lower value than the original booking/voucher, the remaining balance will be retained as a voucher for future use. No cash refund will be provided for the difference.
8. A change of service or conversion to a voucher does not convert the booking into a refundable booking.
9. Guests are strongly advised to contact the spa as early as possible if they need to change their appointment or selected service.
